Best Double Stroller: J is for Jeep Brand Scout Double Stroller, Lunar Burgundy Reviews
Meh… (By Las Vegas Mom)
Stroller is alright with just a few hickups. The brakes lay right on the wheel gears and don’t sit in the unlocked position tightly.. The result is an annoying tick tick tick noise when you push the stroller (think playing card in a bicycle spoke). The five point at its tightest position is very loose still allows my 8mo twins to lean way forward. The cup holder attachment is on a silly spot that is just on the outside of the stroller making it just wide enough to be cumbersome going through doorways, think ripping off cup holder and whatever beverage you have in it. Took it off after first use. Otherwise not too bad, easy to fold, light, good storage (2 net bags), nice canopys. I would buy this again but maybe for a bit less than $100, say maybe $60-70…..
A really great choice! (By 4649miranda)
Overall, this is a great stroller for the price tag!
~Lightweight: At just about 5’2″ and 115#, I struggle with heavy strollers. I am able to carry, maneuver, and lift this one with no issues. It’s very easy to load and unload into a vehicle as well.
~Compact Fold: We found this stroller to be fairly slim when folded (for a double). Even on the cruise ship, we had plenty of space to store in the closet and get around.
~Storage: I LOVE the fact that there are 4 storage options on this stroller. We were able to store a ton of stuff in these pockets during our vacation.
~Sun Canopies: Many umbrella strollers do not offer shade so I was really happy with the dual canopies that can be operated separately.
~Overall Attractive Design
~As another review noted, our stroller lock did start making the clicking sound for a short while. However, then it stopped. I’m unsure as to why it would rest on the wheels when it did but were happy the noise stopped. Perhaps a slight redesign would be beneficial.
~Canopy: While the canopies were great for the most part, I always love seeing even larger shade. So a longer extender would be great.
~Seat Adjusters: I’d love to see a sliding mechanism so I wouldn’t have to thread the belt to allow the seat to recline. I’m always for easier operation!
We took this double stroller on an 8 day family vacation and our 1, 3, and 5 year old were the riders throughout. All three enjoyed riding and both my husband and I felt it pushed quite easily and was the perfect stroller for our needs.
It works bt expensive (By Customer)
It works Gud bt back wheels make noise trrr trrrr..nd I only like the big canopy nd storage bags bt they should decrease the price, I went to Burlington store they have same stroller only $79..let c how many days it works..it looks very big in picture bt not in actual..
I love this! (By Amazon Customer)
I love this!! My 2 1/2 year old and 8 month old love riding in this. It’s very easy to push and really does fit through doorways. Enough storage space for our family. This is an awesome buy for the price.
Good for the price (By tanisha watson)
I really like this stroller. I got it for my 8 and 35 month olds and it works well. It fits in my trunk well and is extremely light weight. It folds down easily. It rides very smooth thanks to the swivel design wheels. I only have two complaints, the cup holders are useless. They fell off every time I would take the stroller out of the car and they make it too wide to fit through standard doorways so I removed them. I use the storage space in the back for drinks instead. The straps are a bit strange. It is 5 point harness but not like the carseat straps. I wouldn’t recommend this stroller for a baby who cannot sit up reasonably well because I couldn’t seem to get the straps tight enough. Overall this is a good buy. The pros out weight the cons and the price was right
