Worth every penny and more!!!!!!! (By Arslan&Nelli)

We are in Toronto, Canada & wanted to buy a classic pram that converted into a stroller with large inflatable wheels that can navigate through any terrain. There was nothing like this available in Canada or US and then we came across the Roan Kortina. This pram/stroller is FANTASTIC, way better than the ridiculously expensive boogaboos or storks out there and it is also much nicer looking and has a much sturdier construction—no plastic wheels or chassis like with the boogaboo. The pictures don’t do it justice and we were very impressed with it. Also loved dealing with the seller, since shipping was involved and Canadian customs is always difficult to deal with we were a bit worried about the shipping however the seller looked after it until the very end and kept us posted every step of the way. Its a steal of a deal for the asking price and we have gotten many compliments on the stroller so far. If you are thinking about getting one, definitely do, you won’t regret it

Amazing, Quality Stroller! Very Few Can Compare. (By [Reviews by Stardust])

I have been searching the stroller market for quite some time now in preparation for my new baby. I cannot tell you how many reviews I read and videos I saw on hundreds of different products until I came across this product and everything just fit. This is a very high quality stroller. It is not made in China, like so many products (and most of our strollers!!) we find in our stores now a days. It is made in Poland, with great thought and consideration put into the design both for mother and baby. A large part of the product is made of METAL and not some cheap plastic (including the spacious storage basket which I found quite impressive). It has a very nice durable feel to it, and I love the suspension. The wheels are great, and allow you to maneuver over pretty much anything if need be, including snow if you are an outdoorsy type like me. It is like getting a comfortable city stroller and durable jogger all in one!! It comes with so many features (like being able to rotate both the toddler seat and the bassinet to either face you or the world), and it has basically everything you could need right down to the rain & mosquito covers.

Overall, this was a great buy and was definitely worth the money. I was going to spend almost the exact same amount (and in some cases more) on a stroller that can be turned into a pram, like the Contours Bliss ($400) or the Britax B-ready ($550 when bought with the bassinet) but these strollers do not measure up in either the amount of features or the quality of products. Any other product that is remotely like this costs close to and in many cases well over $1,000. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality product that will last them, and will provide great comfort both to the baby and the caregiver.

Roan Kortina is Great Pram Stroller, easy to push. Happy with it! (By Padla)

It’s beautifully designed, super easy to fold and unfold classic Pram with Seat unit. It was also very easy to put together when new. It’s so comfortable for my kid. There is a lot of space in the bassinet. The Pram rides great and simple & classy. There are a lot of pros (see description and other reviews), but I want to concentrate on cons.
Few cons (do not get me wrong, I love it):
– Wheels. The front wheels do not spin around. I/my wife have no problem with it at all, all you need to do it is push it up a little and turn on back wheels. It never slows as down and I guess with smaller whirling wheels you never get such a nice smooth drive.
– Size. We really like the Pram chassis/bassinet/seat size – it’s very roomy, but it’s could be consideration if you are travel a lot and need to be able put it in your normal size sedan. You might need to take bassinet out from chassis and fold chassis (2 minutes job).
– Weight. It’s very nice sturdy pram stroller, but if you need to lift it often I would consider something else. We live on the first floor and never have to use stairs, otherwise it could be pain.
I put more cons just because wanted to stress out these points, but in general it’s a great value for the money, very nice Pram-stroller 2-in-1 (bassinet + seat) with a lot of features and we really happy with it!

Great pram stroller!!! (By Nika)

I am using Kortina pram 2-in-1 for more than 2 years and really happy with it. I used it with bassinet in the beginning and now using with a seat. I personally think baby sleep much better outside and my son was falling asleep right away in this pram first few months. In general, Roan does great classic prams (strollers). I am very glad I bought Kortina pram and not any over-expensive convertible stroller.

Pros:

2-in-1 Pram with bassinet and seat unit
Very nice spaced bassinet
Great amortization on rough surfaces
Good size air-pump wheels
A lot of adjustable features: handle, backrest and footrest
Very easy fold chassis for transportation
Kortina Pram comes with raincover and mosquito net, so you should not spend additional money for these accessories.

Cons:

The only thing I think they can improve is made the front wheels spin around; but to be honest, I do not think it’s possible on such a great suspension and its still maneuvers pretty good like it is.

Great look and functionality!!! (By Daniel)

I was choosing between ROANs Prams and finally decided to spend a little extra and got this Luxury Kortina stroller. What a beauty!!!
Its almost the same as regular Kortina Pram-stroller, but has luxury look (fabric is quilted), has some filler inside (warmer than regular Kortina) and included everything you need, even rain cover (works great against wind and snow) and mosquito net.
Not only Im spending time outside with my baby now, but in addition its very comfortable for baby and I got so many compliments on streets already.
Really happy I got this luxury version of Kortina stroller!

see any other stroller so stylish like this one (By Amazon Customer)

What a gorgeous stroller! Ive got it as a gift and I was so grateful for it! Fabric, stiches, design, leather handle, everything in it is about quality I didnt see any other stroller so stylish like this one. And it is not only about the look, it is very comfortable and practical. It is a life saver for me this winter! It can go anywhere and rides easily. And most importantly, it is very roomy! I use winter snowsuit for my 3 months old son (he is a big guy) and bassinet still has more than enough space for warm blanket and I can take the oldest to park to slide downhill while little one is sleeping in the bassinet.
Love this stroller!!!

Roan Rocco Classic Pram Stroller 2-in-1 with Bassinet and Seat Unit – Pearl Reviews

Nice, roomy, sturdy, a few negatives but overall satisfying (By RQ)

First the price came down by $70, so new buyers should be happy about that, me, not so much, but that’s the market’s way, so be it.
Now for the review of the stroller itself.
Let me tell you, this thing is a tank. No, it’s not heavy as a tank, but solid like one. It was easy to set it up, the “instructions” that came with it were a little vague, but not at all needed for putting it together, although the pictures are a nice reference to go by.
The bassinet is VERY comfortable and VERY roomy, I see my son spending a lot of time in it for a long time to come before he “graduates” to the chair. The air filled tires and the suspension are great on uneven surfaces, the baby really loves riding, and not once has he awaken because of a bumpy ride, and we’ve had a few of those.
The rain shield is probably the best I’ve seen, it’s so simple to put on and it has a nice “window” so the air doesn’t get stale for the baby, yet it protects the ENTIRE bassinet against rain! I’ve seen other strollers with complicated covers that have multiple points of attachement, this one just goes on and off in seconds, wrapping the whole thing. I haven’t tried the bug thing yet, but with summer approaching, I’m sure I’ll get the chance.

Now to the not so great things… this stroller does not have turning wheels. Given the massive size of it the diminished maneuverability does impact its usage, but not too much, since it’s relatively light we either push down or lift up the stroller when a really tight turn is needed, otherwise driving it is easy, although you definitely need both hands to steer it.
Size does matter. As I said before, the bassinet is VERY roomy, which also means that the overall size of the stroller is, well; big.
It’s comfortable to put the diaper bag and other things in the spacious basket below, but let’s be blunt here. Without exaggeration, unless you own at least a compact SUV (say Nissan Murano size) you will not be able to fit this in your car, period. I have a Lexus RX300 and when I fold the carriage down and put it along with the bassinet in the back, there’s not much space left.
The last gripe I have is with the wheels and the suspension, they are great, but for reasons unknown they are \”creaking\” lately. Think busted car shocks or really old, creaky door type of sound. I assume a little oil will get rid of the problem, and I kind of expected that at some point, but not in less than 3 months of moderate city usage. No extreme weather, no riding in extreme terrains, yet the thing creaks to the point that it gets annoying.

That concludes this review, overall we both are happy, and the baby is happy with this stroller, but the points I’ve made on the negative side are things to consider by others before buying, especially the size and maneuverability. This is NOT for those trying to take this and stroll in a busy street or in tight quarters, and forget about using it in public transportation or even if you own a small car.

Great Bassinet! (By Katerina)

Great Pram Rocco!!!!!!

I bought this pram from Europe; unfortunately it was not available on Amazon back then and cost me tons of money. This pram is so great I’ve decided to give my opinion on it.

First of all let me notice that I can’t imagine how to raise kids without pram. I have three kids and it was the most useful and practical purchase for baby I made (even I paid a fortune for it back then). I used it everyday all year around. When you have kids specially newborns and toddlers, you don’t get much excise plus I was getting really tired staying at home. So, I compensated it by long walks around neighborhood with our first baby and then taking toddlers to playground or for a walk while baby was sleeping in pram or I would just sent helper out with kids and enjoy some quite time at home.

Let me tell you one thing that out weights everything else: babies sleep much better outside then inside, at home. I guess the fresh air and a lot of oxygen make the trick…so, whenever it was possible I took them outside. I was not happy using a car seat or other strollers for that as I worried about their back and spine. The pram from other side keeps their back in correct position as it has flat and firm bottom. I think none of the strollers that you convert from one position to another provides such a nice flat surface for baby, specially for newborns, to sleep soundly for few hours.. When our first daughter got bigger we used this pram with seat unit and visited a lot of places like zoo, botanic garden and parks. The amortization is great and it gives very smooth ride, while kids in other strollers were trembling all the way.

Very Satisfied (By NYC)

We bought Roan Rocco in 2012. Always had wanted a pram for our baby so she could stretch and be really comfortable. My husband and I spent many hours “test driving” different carriages sold by baby stores. Unfortunately, here in the US, as strange as it sounds, the choices are very limited. The stores either sell carseat-type carriages or trendy European carriages that are also built for the convenience of the parents and do not seem to have enough room for the baby.
Roan Rocco pram had everything we’d been looking for, and a very reasonable price. I was somewhat skeptical about buying online though. To my pleasant surprise, the pram arrived the same week we ordered it. It looked AWESOME, much better than it did in the picture. The bassinets (both of’em) were HUGE and the built quality was top notch. We now have the 2nd bassinet on and it’s just as roomy as the first one. Really really HAPPY with our stroller. We’ve had it for over a year now and it gets complemented almost every day. It’s extremely comfortable for the baby, safe, great looking and unique. What’s not to like?!!
A special note about the Dasalika. Two weeks ago I needed an extra part for the stroller. I located my amazon order from 2012 and sent a message to the seller. Oleg called me in three hours after I hit the “send” button!!!! A week after, the extra part arrived. Superb Product + Superb Service = Very Happy Customers!!!!

Fantastic Pram/Stroller Rocco!!! (By OlMi26)

I am using this Rocco Pram and really love it!!!

Great quality! A lot of features!

Besides all features you can find in the description I think, the most important element is ability to GENTLY ROCK the pram from side to side or back and forth. It is a must to have feature to calm your baby and have him fall asleep quicker. Works great for my baby!

Highly recommended!!!
