Great stroller with one setback (By Misha)

I did a lot of research for a stroller I could take with me while travelling via plane. I have a Cortina keyfit 30 which is heavy and cumbersome and an awesome BOB stroller which is my favorite. However, that would be hard to fit in a rental car with luggage. So, I found this one- I could fit the keyfit carseat in it for quick runs through the airport (while carrying baby of course), but that is what I wanted. It pushes nice, has great storage underneath (with removable backpack), but is a bit on the heavy side. However, my biggest beef is the crotch strap. It does not adjust. I have a peanut of a one year old and this is tight on her. I am going to resew another loop on there to fit better. If this had an adjustable strap I would have given it five stars. I even contacted Chicco, but they never responded, so that is not good either.

Perfect Lightweight Stroller (By Niccole Holtzinger)

This is the perfect lightweight stroller! I have a Phil and Ted’s Vibe (which I love as well, regardless of the other reviews, it’s been AWESOME!) as my main stroller, but we fly monthly and I wanted a lightweight stroller to maneuver airports and malls.
My favorite features:
Able to open and close with one hand (and a foot)
The “basket” underneath can be removed and used as a backpack
It reclines ALL the way back, which is great for nap time
There is a “foot muff” that comes up and wraps around an infant’s feet and legs which was great for the crisp February Seattle weather when we were there
And the adjustable leg/foot rest is nice as well.

The ONLY reason this didn’t get a full five stars is I feel like the crotch strap is too short and needs to be adjustable. I plan on using this well into toddler hood and I’m not sure the strap is going to work. I may have to rip the seam and re-stich it in a different position.

Almost 5 stars! (By Reviewing Momma)

This stroller is great and I LOVE it! We bought this stroller after a week-long trip to Chicago where we took another small, lightweight stroller that was very similar to an umbrella, but just a little nicer. My husband and I both hated that stroller on that trip. We decided to get another lightweight that fixed the problems we had with it.

So at the recommendation of a couple friends, we bought the Chicco Liteway. It is great!! I do, however, have two small problems with it. First of all, is the color. I ordered “coastal” hoping for a grayish colored stroller. It has much more “blue” to it than I expected, but not a big deal…just not very noticeable in the pics. Secondly, the crotch strap is placed way too far back. I read other people had this same problem, but I hoped that it would be fine for my tiny 17 pound baby. It’s not. She has to sit on the strap and I have to pull it around uncomfortably to snap it. I’ll try to fix it somehow when it becomes a bigger problem. But all in all, a great stroller!

Perfect Stroller! (By New England Mom of two)

I read a LOT of reviews and ended up going wth the step down originally- however, my feet constantly hit the wheel and the bin was impossible to use- so I sent it back and got this one- BEST DECISION EVER!

-I’m about 5’7 and never hit the wheels when I walk
-it reclines back flat so when my 6mo old is sleeping, it’s great!
-the storage bin is perfect for a jacket, purse and/or small diaper bag
-comes with a cup holder :)
-folds down and locks shut wicked easy

Worth the money!

Full recline! (By Sinead Mitchell)

We had a trip to Mexico & I didn’t want to bring our City Mini. I wanted a light weight stroller that fully reclined & this one does! Our son who was 16 months at the time slept perfectly in it. Very happy with the quality for the price & will use it on trips in the future.

Love it!!!! (By Lisa W)

Perfect in every way! Lightweight and perfect for the summer weather and all the traveling you do. The color is FABULOUS! I’ve been stopped and asked by many moms as to were I got this particular color….Amazon :) Yes the canopy needs to be longer to cover your child! Hope Chicco takes note. Easy open and folding. Super sturdy and easy to push. Smooth ride for baby. Love the easy recline so not to wake up your sleeping little one. No problems with the latch lock at all and like the quick grab handle to put it in the car. I don’t find it takes up that much space in the back of my car. Its just the right weight so that it does not slide around either. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a QUALITY and sharp looking travel stroller. This is my 3rd child so I have been through a lot of strollers. I also would recommend Baby Jogger City Mini in the blue (or any color) another fav of mine!!!!
