FAQ

Our warranty warrants that the frame is free of defects for (one year or five year on selected products) following the date of delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and under normal use. Repairs must be made by BeBeLove USA, Dorel Industries, Englacha, InStep/Schwinn or an authorized dealer, otherwise this warranty is void. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse of this product, accidental or intentional damage, neglect or commercial use. Excluded from this warranty is liability for consequential property or commercial damages or for damages for loss of use. This constitutes the only warranty of BeBeLove USA, Dorel Industries, Englacha, InStep/Schwinn and its authorized agents and dealers and no other warranty or conditions, statutory, parole, collateral or otherwise. 

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND PAYPAL as payment options on our web site. This ensures that no matter the customer, there will be no restrictions on receiving payment. All options are available. Please contact us if you have any other questions regarding payment.
 

We use UPS Ground. We want to save as much as we can for our customers!


For shipments to any European countries, please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly. 

All returns must be made within 7 days after you receive the stroller. The returned stroller needs to be in its original box, in an unused condition.  Customer needs to pay for shipping both ways (stroller shipped to and returned from the customer), plus 30% restocking fee.. We will only accept Never Been Used and NEW products being returned back to us. If a returned good has been used or is dirty, the good will be returned back to the buyer on his/her expense and we will charge $25.00 on your account. Buyers have up to 14 days upon receipt to decide whether or not they want to keep the product. BeBeLove USA Inc. will only refund the price of the goods sold to its customers and will not refund any difference between BeBeLove USA Inc.’s selling prices and customer’s selling prices. Handling fees or charges such as shipping charges or credit card charges will not be reimbursed.
