Shipping Information

Shipping Policy:

We are currently offering FREE shipping on select orders over $100 within the continential United States.We normally ship all in stock items within 3 business days from the time your order is received. Orders that are in stock are usually shipped via UPS and FedEx and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS/FedEx Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.  If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail support@easybabystrollers.com for current shipping times for particular products and locations. Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts. If the order is under 3 lbs. we will ship via FEDEX Ground, if it is above 3 lbs. the order will be shipped via UPS Ground. Once your stroller is shipped we will send you a tracking number so you will be able to track your order.

  • International Shipping  Dorel and Englacha strollers can be shipped to European countries. Please contact us at support@easybabystrollers.com first BEFORE you place your order. Please provide us with the color, the quantity, the SKU number of the stroller, the product name, and your contact information (your name, address, email address,  your country, zip code if applicable) and we will contact you with the shipping costs. You will then need to confirm that you would like to purchase the item.

  • Canadian Shipping:  Please email us at support@easybabystrollers.com to confirm the shipping charges for Dorel, and Englacha strollers, to find out what the shipping charges will be.
Backorder Policy: 

Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to high volume selling or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available. 

Damaged/Return Policy: 

Dorel Strollers:
Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 7 days after our customer receives the stroller. The returned stroller needs to be in its original box, in an unused condition with the manual and all paperwork. Customer needs to pay for shipping both ways (stroller shipped to and returned from the customer), plus 15% restocking fee.

Englacha Strollers:
If your stroller is received with a broken box and you want to return the order(s), please take required photos for our distributor and they will claim it to FedEx if you use thier FedEx account or you can claim it to your delivery company if the stroller has damages and can't be normally used. Customers returns will be accepted only if the order is un-used and intact after you receive it within two (2) weeks.

BeBelove Strollers:
Any defective product MUST be reported within three days upon receipt of it. Once a defect is reported, we will try to solve the issue by sending out replacement parts. If the issue is not replaceable, we will issue a call tag and ship out a new one. If defective products are reported after three days upon receipt, we will charge shipping and replacement parts. Below is the price chart. Shipping is included.

Any man-cause damages to the products will not be accepted. All returned products will be inspected by our inspectors to determine that returned goods are really defective upon arrival. We will only accept Never Been Used and NEW products being returned back to us. If a returned good has been used or is dirty, the good will be returned back to the buyer on his/her expense and we will charge $25.00 on your account. There will be a 30% restock fee for all return merchandise and cancel orders.


Warranty Policy:

Our strollers come with the manufacturers' warranties. Our warranty warrents that the frame is free of defects for one year following the date of delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and under normal use. Repairs must be made by BeBeLove USA,  Everbright, Englacha or an authorized dealer, otherwise this warranty is void. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse of this product, accidental or intentional damage, neglect or commercial use. Excluded from this warranty is liability for consequential property or commercial damages or for damages for loss of use. This constitutes the only warranty of BeBeLove USA, Everbright, and Englacha and its authorized agents and dealers and no other warranty or conditions, statutory, parole, collateral, or otherwise. We would be happy to help contact the manufacturer about your product if it is within warranty. The manufacturer warranties are valid only within the continental United States and customers outside of the continental United States will be responsible for shipping and handling charges if applicable.
