Safety 1st Two Ways Tandem Stroller
Safety 1st Two Ways Tandem Baby Stroller

When planning for an outing with your multiples the first thing you might think about is selecting the perfect stroller for your two babies. The Safety 1st Two Ways Tandem Laguna II stroller is an in-line type stroller. One of the features that parents will appreciate is, it adapts to 2 car seats so it will make your life easier when transporting your children from the stroller to your automobile. A tandem stroller would be a great option.

There are many considerations to make when choosing a tandem stroller and our goal is to give you the best information about this particular stroller as possible. There are many advantages of owning one of these strollers. Both the front and back seats have a pull-down canopy to protect your little ones from the sun. The rear canopy has a peek-a-boo window so the child can see outside and you can keep an eye on your precious cargo. The rear seat is a multiple positioned reclining seat to include a full recline for infants. A great feature is the front seat reverses so both children are facing each other and mom can keep an eye on each child. The front seat has a two position reclining feature. The recommended weight for this stroller is 40 pounds per seat. I will list the advantages and disadvantages of this stroller.

Advantages
  • For safety it comes with a 5 point harness system, which is designed to give added security to the strongest parts of the body if a crash ever occurred
  • The front wheels are 9.5 inch in diameter and swivel which makes maneuvering in and out of tight spaces easier than a side by side stroller
  • When the stroller is stationary the wheels can be locked into place very easily
  • It also features a bottle storage bag located under the handle for convenience
  • There are cup holders located on both seats and the front tray is removable, and has room for a juice box and snacks. And what parent is not looking for child trays
  • There is a dedicated tray for parents located on the handle
  • Breaking down the stroller for storage is a breeze with the one hand center fold
  • An added feature for safety is Euro Style shocks for bumpy rides
  • And for those days when the weather can be misty or raining and you might be out a little later than planned, you have the assurance of front and rear reflectors for your safety
  • Both seats are removable and washable so you don't have to worry about spills or your baby spitting up
  • Great for babies not of the same ages, maybe a younger child and an older child
  • This stroller is flame retardant and the material is all weather resistant
  • It comes recommended and certified by the Juvenile Products Manufacturing Association (JPMA)

Disadvantages
  • The in-line stroller can be heavier and more cumbersome than a side-by-side model
  • The back seat fully reclines to accommodate an infant, but not the front seat
  • It has been observed that some older children might not like sitting in the back seat because of its obstructed view

All in all, I would say that the advantages outweigh the disadvantage which makes this a good choice for your babies. In order to be JPMA certified this stroller had to go through an extensive testing process to meet this high standard and is tested yearly by an accredited lab.
